This isn’t about checking a box or creating something perfect.
It’s about slowing down long enough to notice the way this season of life feels — and choosing to remember it.
My sessions are calm, unhurried, and deeply rooted in connection. There’s space for movement, for pauses, for snacks and cuddles, for big feelings and quiet moments. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced.
I’ll guide you gently throughout, so you’re never left wondering what to do — but the heart of the session is simply you being together, exactly as you are.
What a Session Includes
An average of 90 minutes to 2 hours together, with no strict timeline
A child-led, documentary approach — no pressure, no stiff posing.
A curated gallery of honest, emotionally rich images
Family, Newborn & Maternity Sessions
$695
This is a flat rate that includes our time together and the full experience described above.
Whether we’re documenting your family at home, welcoming a new baby, or celebrating the season before birth, the intention remains the same: to create photographs that feel true and meaningful long after this moment has passed.

You value connection over perfection
You’re drawn to images that tell a story, not just show a smile
You want photographs that feel honest, emotional, and lived-in
You want your children to one day remember how deeply they were loved
If you’re looking for highly posed, fast-paced sessions, this may not be the right fit — and that’s okay.
What matters most is alignment.
Annette and I are so grateful to have worked with you, Lorenza, at different chapters of our lives. You’ve captured a side of us that I didn’t know existed and we’re forever thankful for you.

Comfort always comes first. Neutral, soft tones photograph beautifully, but the most important thing is that you feel like yourselves. Once you book, I’ll share guidance to help you choose outfits that feel natural and cohesive without overthinking it.
What should we wear?
Please don’t worry — truly. Children are wonderfully unpredictable, and that’s part of the magic. During your session, your only job is to be there with your people. I gently guide, but I never force. If your kids need to run, cuddle, snack, or regroup, we follow their rhythm. Often, the very moments you think are “not working” become the images you treasure most — the ones that hold the truth of who they were in this season.
Your children don’t need to perform. They just need to be themselves. And I’ll take care of the rest.
What if my kids don’t cooperate?
I don’t work on a strict clock — real connection doesn’t unfold that way. I like to let your family settle in, breathe, and simply be yourselves. Most sessions flow naturally between 90 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the activities and the pace of your little ones.
This time together allows me to follow your rhythm — whether we’re playing in your backyard, snuggling on the couch, or wandering along the ocean. My only goal is for you to feel unhurried, present, and free to enjoy your people while I quietly capture the moments you’ll treasure for years to come.
How long are the sessions?
I don’t typically offer mini sessions because my work relies on time — time for you to relax, connect, and let real moments unfold. To create something honest and unique, I dedicate each session to one family so you receive my full attention and a completely personalized experience.
If I ever host a mini-session day, I’ll announce it on Instagram.
Do you offer mini sessions?
I’m based in Vancouver, BC — but I’m always happy to travel for sessions. Travel fees apply for locations outside Vancouver and the surrounding areas.
Where are you based, and do you travel?
If you’re drawn to honest, documentary-style images that capture your family just as you are — the tenderness, the chaos, the quiet in-betweens — then yes, we’re likely a beautiful match.
I’m here for families who value presence over perfection and want photos that feel like memories, not performances. If you're looking for traditional, posed portraits, there are wonderful photographers who specialize in that — it’s simply not where my heart lives.
But if you want images your children will one day hold in their hands and feel their childhood in… then I’d be honoured to create them with you.
Am I the right photographer for you?
What happens after we book?
Once your session is confirmed, I’ll guide you through everything step by step. You’ll receive gentle preparation guidance, session details, and plenty of reassurance along the way. You’re never on your own in the process.
If you have any other questions, you’re always welcome to reach out.
I’m here to help this feel easy.
If this feels like the way you want your family story remembered, I’d love to hear from you.
Lorenza has a natural way of making you feel comfortable and also giving you the space to be yourselves.
I was blown away with the photos we received, love every single one. We can’t wait to get more photos with Lorenza soon.
