It's all about Connection over Perfection. This is your story and it's beautifully imperfect.
Your world is magic and unique to you
and I believe it should be captured with heart and care.
Your story is one of a kind and should be documented as such. Through my artful perspective we can create magic to capture your beautiful world.
I’m a Vancouver family film photographer documenting families, motherhood, newborns, and everyday life on 35mm film with honesty and intention. I grew up in Italy, where I spent hours flipping through old family photo albums, completely fascinated by the way a single image could hold onto a feeling long after a moment had passed.
That early love for memory and storytelling still shapes the way I photograph today. I’m drawn to the quiet beauty of ordinary life — the connection, movement, tenderness, and atmosphere that make a season of life feel unforgettable once it’s gone.
My work is rooted in creating photographs that feel lived-in, emotional, and deeply human. Images that don’t just show you how things looked, but gently bring you back to how it all felt.
Working with me is meant to feel relaxed, unhurried, and honest. As a Vancouver family photographer, I’ll gently guide you when needed, but I’m never chasing perfect performances or overly posed moments. I’m paying attention to light, movement, emotion, and the way your family naturally exists together.
Because I photograph on film, the process is slower and more intentional. There’s space to settle in, be yourselves, and let things unfold naturally. The goal is not perfection, but photographs that feel real, artful, and lasting.
Lorenza is an incredibly talented photographer with a real eye for beauty and a gift for truly seeing people. She captured the essence of our family perfectly, even with the inevitable chaos that comes with little kids. Lorenza stayed calm, patient, and present throughout. She never rushed us, never forced anything, which I really appreciated as a mom.
During the session, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Nothing felt forced or awkward - she has a way of gently guiding without making it feel like direction, which made the whole experience feel very natural and even enjoyable. The final images are beautiful and feel so authentic to this moment in my life.
A family suspended in that beautiful in-between season — still rooted in the rhythm they know, while quietly preparing to welcome someone new into it.
I’m drawn to maternity sessions that feel quiet, honest, and deeply present. Less about creating something overly polished, and more about documenting the softness, strength, anticipation, and in-between feeling of becoming.
The early days at home with a newborn are rarely quiet or perfectly composed — and that’s part of what I love most about them. Toddlers moving through the frame, little interruptions, the beautiful unpredictability of family life unfolding in real time.
