No family, season of life, or relationship looks exactly the same — and I never want your photographs to feel like they could belong to anyone else. My approach is thoughtful and deeply personal, rooted in paying attention to who you are, how you love each other, and what this particular season feels like for you right now.
From the beginning, I’ll guide you through the process with care. We’ll talk about locations, light, clothing, timing, and all the little details that help a session feel natural and true to you. You do not need to know how to pose or perform for the camera. My role is simply to create a space where you can settle in, be present, and trust that I’m noticing the things worth remembering.
The most meaningful photographs often come from letting go of perfection a little. Children can move, breaks can happen, the weather can shift, and life can unfold however it needs to that day. I’ll be there through all of it — documenting this season honestly and creating images that reflect the beauty already present in your life.
For me, these photographs are not just for now. They are for years from now, when the details of this season begin to blur a little. The photographs I treasure most from my own life are not perfect ones — they are the ones that bring me back to a feeling, a relationship, a version of home that no longer exists in quite the same way.
My approach is gentle and observational, with just enough guidance to help you settle into yourselves naturally. I photograph on film because it slows me down and allows me to work with more intention. I’m not interested in overly posed or performative images, but in creating photographs that feel honest, atmospheric, and deeply connected to your real life.
A lot of why I photograph comes from my own relationship to memory. Growing up in Italy, I spent hours looking through old photo albums with my mother and grandmother, completely fascinated by how a photograph could hold an entire feeling inside it. Now, as a parent myself, that understanding feels even deeper. I know how quickly life moves, and how the smallest moments often become the ones we ache to return to later.
You do not need to show up perfectly for your session. The photographs that tend to mean the most are often the ones created when you allow yourself to slow down, be present, and trust that I’m paying attention to the things you may not even notice in the moment. The way your child reaches for you, the rhythm of your home, the tenderness hidden inside ordinary interactions.
My goal is for you to feel comfortable, seen, and able to settle into the experience without pressure. Sessions are allowed to unfold slowly and imperfectly. Kids can move, snack breaks can happen, the weather can shift. I’m not looking for perfection — I’m looking for the feeling and rhythm that already exists within your life.
I’ll guide you through the preparation process in a way that feels simple and supportive, never overwhelming. We’ll talk about location, timing, light, clothing, and how to create a session that feels natural and true to your family. You don’t need to worry about knowing how to pose or having perfectly behaved children — truly.
To officially reserve your session, a signed contract and 50% retainer are required. From there, your date is held exclusively for you and we can begin planning all the thoughtful details together.
We begin by making sure we’re truly the right fit for one another. I want you to feel connected to my approach and the way I see and document families. Once you reach out, we’ll chat about the kind of session you’re envisioning, the season of life you’re in, and what feels meaningful to you.
One of the main reasons I chose her was because I was looking for something very different from traditional maternity photography. I wanted images that felt relaxed, natural, and true to everyday life (not overly styled or posed) and her work stood out immediately.
Lorenza was incredibly patient and gentle with our little one, taking the time to make sure the baby was comfortable while capturing the sweetest moments. Her attention to detail and artistic style really show in the final photos — they turned out absolutely beautiful and are something we’ll treasure forever.
She captured our family in the most authentic-to-us way. Every single photo was print-and-frame worthy and I could not be any happier with the whole experience. Working with her was truly a dream come true for me and in my head I'm already planning my next shoot with her.
For the nostalgia-loving humans who understand how quickly life changes. The ones who want to remember not just how these days looked, but how they felt to live them — the atmosphere of home, the movement, the tenderness, the ordinary moments that quietly become unforgettable over time.
Family sessions are about preserving the life you’re living right now — not a perfect version of it. I’m drawn to the laughter, the movement, the quiet moments of connection, and the beautiful unpredictability that comes with loving and raising humans together.
Motherhood is made up of countless small moments that often go unnoticed while they’re happening. These sessions are a celebration of that everyday beauty — the hands held, the routines repeated, the love expressed in ordinary ways. Photographs that honour both the mother and the life she is helping shape.
The early days with a new baby often pass in a blur. These sessions are gentle and unhurried, focused on documenting the closeness, tenderness, and everyday moments that make this chapter so meaningful. No elaborate posing, just your family settling into a new rhythm together.
Maternity sessions honour the strength, vulnerability, and transformation of this season. Together, we’ll create photographs that feel honest and deeply personal, celebrating not only your changing body but the anticipation and emotion that come with welcoming new life.
If you’re drawn to honest, artful photographs that feel emotional, lived-in, and deeply connected to real life, we’ll likely be a beautiful fit. My work is rooted in presence over perfection and in documenting people as they truly are rather than creating overly posed or polished versions of them. If you value feeling more than performance, you’re in the right place.
Sessions with me are relaxed, gently guided, and intentionally low-pressure. I’ll offer direction when needed, but I’m mostly creating space for you to settle into yourselves naturally. Children can move, snack breaks can happen, people can be shy or loud or playful. Nothing needs to be perfect in order to be meaningful.
Film slows me down in the best possible way. It asks me to be intentional, observant, and fully present with the people I’m photographing. I’m deeply drawn to the softness, texture, grain, and emotional quality film holds — there’s something about it that feels closer to memory for me. It allows me to create photographs that feel timeless, tactile, and deeply human.
I always encourage clothing that feels comfortable, natural, and true to you. I’m drawn to texture, movement, and earthy or softer tones that photograph beautifully on film. Linen, cotton, knits, and lived-in pieces always work wonderfully. Most importantly, I want you to feel like yourselves rather than overly styled versions of yourselves.
Truly, please do not stress about this. Children are meant to move, explore, snack, cling to you, get distracted, and feel their feelings. I never expect children to perform for the camera. Some of the most meaningful photographs come from simply allowing kids to be exactly who they are in that moment.
Because I photograph entirely on film, galleries take a little more time and care to create. Film rolls are developed and scanned by a professional lab before I carefully curate and edit your final gallery. You can expect your images within approximately 2–3 weeks after your session.
